We ship worldwide.

All packages are sent with delivery company Posta, A-priority (D2D), delivery estimate in Europe 2-5 days and rest of the world 3-10 days. All packages outside the Faroe Islands are traceable and insured when in transit. Should there be any damage to the goods, notify us by mail contact@kyrra.fo within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us.

Please note VAT, local taxes and custom duties in your own country.

You can cancel your order by submitting an email to: contact@kyrra.fo

We provide 2 weeks full return from the day you receive the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags. The cost and the responsibility of returning the item, is yours. We recommend you insure the package and send us the tracking number.

Once we received the goods we will transfer the amount to the credit card that the goods were purchased with.
